By renting from Grab Car Rentals, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

Age: Minimum age is 21. Drivers under 25 may incur a young driver fee. Some vehicles require renters to be 25+.

License: Valid, unexpired driver’s license required. International renters may need an International Driving Permit.

Payment: Valid credit or debit card required. Security deposit will be authorized at pickup.

Rental Rates & Charges

Base rates include vehicle rental and standard mileage. Additional charges may apply for fuel, additional drivers, optional equipment, insurance, excess mileage, late returns, cleaning fees, tolls, traffic violations, and taxes.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is authorized at pickup and released within 7-14 business days after vehicle return, minus applicable charges.

Insurance Coverage

Basic liability insurance is included. Optional coverage includes Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Loss Damage Waiver (LDW), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), and Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI). You are responsible for all damage unless you purchase our damage waiver.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the vehicle for illegal purposes

• Drive under the influence

• Allow unauthorized drivers

• Use for commercial purposes without authorization

• Exceed passenger capacity

• Take vehicle off-road

• Smoke in the vehicle

• Leave the United States without permission

• Participate in races or contests

Fuel Policy

Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as pickup or pay refueling fees. Prepaid fuel option available.

Vehicle Return

Return on time to the agreed location. Late returns incur additional charges. After-hours returns permitted at select locations.

Accidents & Damage

Report all accidents, theft, or damage immediately to us and law enforcement. You are responsible for damage costs unless you purchased our damage waiver.

Tolls & Violations

You are responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, and traffic violations plus administrative fees.

Personal Property

We are not responsible for items left in vehicles.

Termination Rights

We reserve the right to terminate your rental and repossess the vehicle if you violate these terms or use the vehicle illegally.

Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the rental. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by state law where you rent. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
