Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Terms
Free Cancellation: Cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before pickup for a full refund with no fees.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup incur a fee equal to one day’s rental charge.
No-Show: Failure to pick up your vehicle without cancellation results in a charge for the first rental day. No refund will be issued.
Prepaid Reservations: Advance purchase and promotional rates may be non-refundable or subject to higher cancellation fees as stated at booking.
Modifying Reservations
Modify your reservation up to 24 hours before pickup without penalty, subject to availability and rate differences.
Early Returns
Early returns may qualify for partial refunds on unused days, except for special promotional or weekly/monthly rates requiring minimum rental periods. Contact customer service before returning early.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Special Circumstances
We may waive cancellation fees for severe weather, natural disasters, or documented medical emergencies. If we cannot provide your reserved vehicle, you receive a full refund.
Non-Refundable Charges
Charges for vehicle damage, traffic violations, tolls, and cleaning fees are non-refundable.
